How to configure Multiple Languages on your AI Receptionist

In this brief guide, we'll walk you through the language settings for a more personalized experience. This will allow your receptionist to be bilingual. If you select more than one language, the receptionist will ask the caller to select a language at the start of the call. Let's get started!

How to Set Up Your Preferred Language:

  1. Login to your My AI Front Desk Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the "Left Menu Bar" Click on “✏️Edit Receptionist” option.
  3. Scroll Down to Locate the "Select Languages" option.
  4. Choose your preferred language or add a custom language.
  5. Save your settings.

If you select multiple languages, the AI will ask the caller to select one at the beginning of the call. For example, if you select English and Spanish, the automated phone receptionist will say "Press 1 for English, Press 2 for Spanish". After the caller selects the appropriate language, the rest of the conversation will be completed in that language.
