How to integrate your business phone with My AI Front Desk Receptionist

So you've created your receptionist and tested it out. You're excited to go live. So how do you integrate this new receptionist with your existing business line?

It's a simple, two-step process that takes <5 minutes.

Step One: Receive a stand-alone phone number from My AI Front Desk

Step Two: Forward calls to this new number from your existing business line

Customers will still call you on your normal business line, but calls will be rerouted to the AI phone receptionist. You can choose to forward either just missed calls, or all calls. That's it! Let's begin.

Step 1: Get Your Dedicated Phone Number

To start the integration process, you'll need a dedicated phone number from My AI Front Desk. Follow these steps to reserve your own phone number. If you haven't started your free trial yet, please do so before beginning the following steps.

  1. Log in to your My AI Front Desk account.
  2. Click "Setup Instructions"

     3. Click Continue until you get to Begin Forwarding Calls

     4. Click "Click Here to get your phone number"

Then, simply reserve a number. You will receive a standalone phone number that you can now use to forward calls to.

Step 2: Forward Calls to this New Number

Now, begin forwarding calls from your existing business line to this new phone number that you have just reserved. To do so, follow this guide.
