Here's how it all works.
Free ($0/mo) is for trying things out. You get access to the entire platform with limited usage. No credit card, no commitment. Just sign up and start testing your AI receptionist, chatbot, forms, SMS, and automations.
Business-in-a-Box ($99/mo) is where most small businesses land. It's built for businesses handling 1-10 customer interactions per day. You get generous monthly usage across every feature, 1,000 overage credits, Zapier integration, a verified outbound number, and more. Pay annually and it drops to $79/mo, saving you 20%.
Partner / Enterprise (Custom) is for larger teams doing 25+ interactions per day. You get custom usage limits, volume pricing on credits, API access, a dedicated account manager, a private Slack channel with our team, and white-glove onboarding. Contact sales and we'll build a plan around your needs.
This is important: we don't lock features behind paywalls. Every plan, including Free, gets access to the full platform. That means your AI phone receptionist, web chatbot, SMS agent, website forms, CRM, sequences, notifications, and dashboards.
The only difference between plans is how much you can use and a few power features (like Zapier, API access, and custom caller ID) that are gated to higher tiers.
Each plan comes with a monthly allowance for every feature. This is what's included in your subscription. Use it all at no extra cost.
For example, Business-in-a-Box includes 200 voice minutes, 400 SMS, 100 chatbot conversations, 300 form submissions, 500 email drafts, and 20 outbound calls per day. Sequence automation workflows are unlimited on every plan.
Think of it like your phone plan: you have a set amount each month, and most months you'll stay well within it.
If you have a busy month and exceed your included usage on any feature, that's where overage credits come in.
Business-in-a-Box includes a pool of 1,000 overage credits each month. These credits work across all features, so it doesn't matter whether you went over on voice, SMS, or chatbot. You just draw from one pool.
Here's what each feature costs in credits:
1 credit = $0.01. So your 1,000 included credits are worth $10. That's enough to cover about 40 extra voice minutes, or 250 extra texts, or a mix of everything.
Partner / Enterprise plans get significantly lower credit rates, with voice as low as 7 credits per minute ($0.07/min).
On Business-in-a-Box and Enterprise plans, if you burn through your credit pool, we automatically add more so your AI keeps running. It's $10 for 1,000 credits, and purchased credits never expire. They roll over month to month.
You can turn auto-reload off if you prefer. In that case, features that exceeded their baseline will pause until your next billing cycle or until you buy more credits manually.
On the Free plan, there are no overage credits. When you hit your limits, usage pauses until the next month.
Outbound calls (calls your AI makes on your behalf) have a hard daily cap, not a monthly pool. Free gets 2 per day, Business-in-a-Box gets 20 per day. This cap does not support overage credits. If you need higher outbound volume, you'll need to upgrade or contact sales.
Say you run a small law firm on the Business-in-a-Box plan. Most months, you use about 150 voice minutes, 80 chatbot conversations, and 200 texts. You're comfortably within your included usage. Your bill is $99. Done.
Then tax season hits for your business clients and call volume spikes. You use 350 voice minutes, which is 150 over your 200-minute baseline. That's 150 x 25 = 3,750 credits. You started with 1,000 included credits, so auto-reload kicks in for the other 2,750 credits ($27.50). Your bill that month is $126.50.
You didn't have to upgrade your plan, call anyone, or think about it. The system just handled it.
Choose Free if you want to test the platform before committing. You'll get a real phone number, access to every feature, and enough usage to see how it works for your business.
Choose Business-in-a-Box if you're a solopreneur or small team handling up to about 10 customer interactions a day. This plan covers the vast majority of small businesses comfortably, and overage credits handle the occasional busy week.
Choose Partner / Enterprise if you have multiple locations, high call volume, need API access, or want a dedicated account manager and custom integrations. This is where you get volume discounts and the full white-glove treatment.
