Form Submissions & Analytics
When visitors fill out your web forms, their responses are automatically captured and available for review. Submissions feed into the Tickets system for tracking, and CRM contact records are updated with the data.
Where Submissions Appear
Form submissions are managed through the Tickets page. When a visitor submits a web form, a ticket is automatically created. To view web form submissions:
- Navigate to Tickets from the sidebar.
- Click the Web Forms source tab at the top of the page (next to Intake Forms and Escalation).
- Select the specific form from the workflow tabs below the source selector.
For details on managing tickets, see Managing Tickets.
Submission Data in the CRM
Each form submission automatically updates your CRM:
- If the visitor is a new contact, a new CRM record is created.
- If the visitor matches an existing contact (by phone number or email), their record is updated with the new data.
- All CRM variable fields from the form map directly to your contact properties.
Submission Limits
Your plan includes a set number of form submissions. You can see your current usage on the Web Forms page in the submission usage banner at the top.
- Under 80% -- The banner shows your current count and limit.
- 80% or higher -- A warning appears indicating you are approaching your limit.
- At the limit -- New submissions are paused until your limit resets or you upgrade your plan.
Downloading Submissions
You can export ticket data (including form submissions) as a CSV file:
- Go to the Tickets page and select the Web Forms source.
- Select the specific form workflow.
- Click the Export button in the toolbar.
- In the Download Latest Tickets modal, choose which columns to include and how many records to download.
- Click Download to start the export.
