Voice Library
The Voice Library is where you browse, preview, and select the voice your AI receptionist uses on calls. You can also switch to the Clone Voice tab to create a custom voice (see Voice Cloning).
Video walkthrough
Where to Find It
In your dashboard, navigate to Voice Library. The page header reads "Voice Library" with the description "Access and explore your Voice Library in minutes!"
Two tabs appear at the top:
- Voice Library -- Browse and select from available voices
- Clone Voice -- Create your own voice clone
Browsing Voices
The Voice Library tab is organized into three sections, displayed from top to bottom:
Current Voice
Shows the voice (or voices) currently assigned to your receptionist. If your receptionist handles both English and other languages, you may see two cards here -- one for each.
Featured Voices
A curated selection of popular voices. These appear on the first page only.
All Voices
The full catalog of available voices, displayed as a paginated grid. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate through pages.
Searching and Filtering
Search
Type in the Search voices... field above the All Voices section to find voices by name. Searching clears any active filters.
Filters
Click the Filters button next to the search field to open the filter panel. You can filter by:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Provider | The voice synthesis provider (e.g., ElevenLabs, Cartesia, OpenAI, Deepgram, Rime) |
| Gender | Male, Female, or All |
| Language | English, or other supported languages |
| Accent | Regional accents (varies by provider) |
Active filters appear as tags below the search bar. Click the X on any tag to remove that filter, or click Clear all to reset everything.
Previewing a Voice
Each voice is displayed as a card showing the voice name, provider, language, and other details. Click the play button on any card to hear a sample. Only one voice plays at a time -- starting a new preview stops the previous one.
Selecting a Voice
To assign a voice to your receptionist, click the voice card and it will be applied. The selected voice card is highlighted to show it is active.
