Integrations Overview
Frontdesk AI connects with 50+ third-party tools so your AI receptionist can sync data, trigger workflows, and automate tasks across your business stack. This guide covers the integrations available and how to find the right one for your needs.
Browsing integrations
Visit the Integrations page to explore all available connections. The page opens with a hero section and a search bar where you can type a tool name (for example, "HubSpot" or "Slack") to filter results instantly.
Category filters
Below the search bar you will see category buttons. Click any category to narrow the list:
- All -- every integration
- Property Management -- Buildium, AppFolio, Rentec Direct, Yardi, and more
- CRM -- HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Close, Freshsales, and more
- Scheduling -- Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity Scheduling, and more
- Communication -- Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Twilio, RingCentral, and more
- Automation -- Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, n8n, Pabbly Connect, and more
- Marketing -- Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, and more
- Other -- additional integrations that don't fit the categories above
Direction filters
You can also filter by data flow direction:
- All Directions -- show everything
- Inbound (AI Receptionist) -- integrations that push data from incoming calls into other tools
- Outbound (AI Calls) -- integrations designed for outbound AI calling campaigns
Popular integrations
When no filters are active, a Popular Integrations section appears at the top highlighting:
- Frontdesk + HubSpot -- sync call data, contacts, and leads with HubSpot CRM automatically
- Frontdesk + Zapier -- connect to 5,000+ apps with automated Zaps
- Frontdesk + Google Calendar -- automatically book appointments on your Google Calendar from calls
