Proof of Disclosure (Sample Call Record)

  • consent_response — accepted / declined / announcement_only.
  • recording_start — 2024-01-15T09:30:05Z timestamp recording began (null if declined).
  • call_id — call_abc123def456 unique identifier for the call.
  • disclosure_version — v2.1 which disclosure script version was used.

Multi-State Operations

Different states have different recording consent requirements (one-party vs. two-party). My AI Front Desk supports both announcement-only (one-party) and explicit consent gating (two-party) modes. You can configure consent mode per phone number or per location to comply with the laws in each jurisdiction. For complex telephony-layer requirements, consult with your telecom provider.
