Sync Controls

  • Summary sync: On by default. AI-generated call summary pushed to CRM contact/activity.
  • Transcript sync: Off by default. Can be enabled per integration. Pushes full text or link only.
  • Recording link sync: Off by default. Can be enabled to push a link to the recording (not the file itself).
  • Metadata only mode: Send only caller info, duration, and outcome, no text content synced.
  • Retention across systems: Deleting data in My AI Front Desk does not delete data already pushed to CRM. Manage CRM retention separately.

CRM entries can reference transcripts by link rather than storing the text. This means the CRM has no raw call content, just a pointer. If the transcript is deleted from My AI Front Desk, the link stops working.

Does CRM receive full transcripts by default?

No, by default, CRM integrations receive a call summary and metadata. Full transcript sync is opt-in.

What happens if I delete a call from My AI Front Desk but it was already synced to CRM?

Deleting from My AI Front Desk does not delete from CRM. You must manage CRM-side retention separately.

Can I send only a link to the transcript instead of the full text?

Yes. Link-only mode sends a reference URL instead of the transcript text.
