What 'Delete' Means
- Hard delete: Deleted data is permanently removed from primary storage. This is a hard delete, not soft delete.
- Backup deletion: Deleted data is purged from backups within 30 days of primary deletion.
- Derived artifacts: Deleting audio also deletes associated transcript, summary, and derived artifacts.
- Deletion methods: Data can be deleted via admin dashboard, API, or support request.
- Export before delete: Bulk export available via dashboard and API before deletion.
Contract Termination
Upon contract termination, all customer data (recordings, transcripts, summaries, metadata, and derived artifacts) is deleted within 30 days. Customers can request a bulk export before termination. Data is removed from backups within 60 days of contract end.
